Companies wishing to celebrate are very welcome at EXPERIMINTA!
Would you like to be fascinated by a fire show, professionally guided in small groups in the Science Center EXPERIMINTA and watched over by the walk-in eye?
Would you like your next departmental trip or Christmas party to be a bit different? Possibly treated with a flying buffet?
General: The celebration takes place in the "eye space" section of our facility, equipped with a stage with the usual equipment. It offers a guided tour and a science show, as well as experimentation in the hands-on museum.
The duration is approximately 2.5 hours, with a flying buffet probably a little bit longer.
A maximum of 80 persons can participate in the event.
The time with prices - prices for food and drinks excluded:
|from approx. 17:30 h||all days||16 € / person, minimum of 480 €.|
For special requests and a stay longer than 2.5 hours, additional charges may apply.
- Simple catering (including a champagne reception, etc.) is given by EXPERIMINTA, but not a service with more elaborate, hot food.
- You can also continue your celebration with a fine dinner in the area nearby, as there are restaurants near EXPERIMINTA which are suitable for groups. Below is a small selection.
- You may arrange with a caterer a flying buffet (see below).

What you should know
About the room: You will find no fancy meeting room as in a conference hotel; however, you can celebrate in a very neat part of the exhibition. There you will be watched over by the walk-in eye. To get space for you, we move other experimental stations of the optics to the edge of the room.
Parking: You can park a maximum of 7 cars for free at our on-site parking lot.
For questions and special arrangements please contact Mr. Orell.
