As the managing partner of a demolition and hazardous materials remediation company, I combine strategic leadership, hands-on work, and a strong commitment to diversity and the advancement of women in the trades. My day-to-day work is multifaceted: I handle everything from construction site management and on-site work to personnel management, bookkeeping, billing, payroll processing, and the overall organization of our business.

Did you have a clear idea of what your future would look like when you were a child?

I always wanted to go into a trade. My parents were against it. Despite all the opposition, I eventually completed my apprenticeship and found my calling here.

My parents.

My grandfather was a carpenter, and I loved watching him work.

What do you like most about your current job?

To have a career that fulfills me and makes me happy.
