- * Holders of Frankfurt Pass get a discount of 4,00 Euro for every person, that can show their own pass.
- Holders of Frankfurt Card get a discount of 50 % for an individual or a family ticket. This discount is not applicable for group tickets.
- The MuseumsuferCard and MuseumsuferTicket are not valid in the EXPERIMINTA ScienceCenter.
- The Kultur- und Freizeitticket (Kufti) is not valid in the EXPERIMINTA ScienceCenter.
- All special prices and discounts can not be combined with other special rates, discounts or group rates.

Discounts
- All special prices and discounts for individual visitors can not be combined with group rates.
- Free chaperones for children groups: 1 chaperone for every 10 children admitted free of charge.
- We grant the group rate to disabled groups regardless of the group size. Companions of disabled people with B- and H-ID are free.
Of course you can also purchase gift vouchers from us. These are available on site at our cash desk. On request we can also send vouchers by post. In this case, please send an e-mail to info(at)experiminta.de with all relevant information:

Please note that we charge 4 Euro in addition to the voucher value for the shipping of a voucher.
Since the dispatch by post can take a few days, we ask you to order as early as possible, so that you can hold the voucher in your hands at the right time.
Cancellation of services
At the time of the visit there is no claim to completeness and/or operational readiness of all experimental stations offered. We reserve the right not to provide individual services temporarily, e.g. for repair or maintenance reasons. This does not justify any claims for reduction or refund of entrance fees. This also applies in particular to the cancellation of science shows and events for which no separate fee is charged.
