Language Course at the EXPERIMINTA ScienceCenter

In April 2026, our neighbors from Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (Rhine-Main Regional Association) approached us with a special request. While their facilities were being renovated, they were looking for a room for two months to hold a German language class for 15 to 20 refugees.

It was a request we were, of course, happy to fulfill. So every morning in May and June, our conference room became a classroom.

For us, a museum is not only a place of learning, but also a place for encounters and exchange. That is why we want to remain open to such initiatives in the future and bring our museum to life beyond its actual mission.

The courses offered participants a place to learn German, exchange ideas, and settle in. At the same time, this collaboration demonstrates how valuable partnerships between educational institutions and local organizations are for our social cohesion.

We thank Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe for their trust and wish all students and teachers continued success.

The Experiminta ScienceCenter will always remain a place where knowledge, culture, and community come together.
