Voluntary help needed
The EXPERIMINTA Science Center was created through volunteer work (see history) and continues to rely on voluntary work. We are therefore looking for you as a volunteer supervisor.
If you enjoy working with children and young people or interested adults and want to accompany them in discovering, tinkering and experimenting, then you have found the right place.
Examples for your work could be:
- Supervision of our visitors in the exhibition
- Introduction of visitor groups
- Assistance during our workshops
- Assistance during our science shows
- Support of our EXPERIMINTA on Tour booth at festivals and fairs
No in-depth factual knowledge in natural sciences or technology is required. However, a fundamental interest in these topics should be present. Reliability and regularity are also important when working in a hands-on museum.
We appreciate any offer of voluntary support. However, there should be a certain amount of regularity in your help so that you can stay "in" the topic and keep up with current developments in the house. Please note that good German language skills are required in any case.
Travel expenses can be reimbursed.
