Children's birthdays for little scientists
Everything revolves around adventure, discoveries and, above all, experimentation! With our exciting children's birthday parties, we also offer young scientists between the ages of 6 and 11 the opportunity to explore the mysteries of natural phenomena. Book a date now for a celebration that your little explorers will never forget.
The following services are included in the birthday package:
- festively decorated room until the end of the official programme (max. until 01:30 pm or 05:00 pm)
- crockery, cutlery, cups, napkins, etc.
- time for independent exploration of the EXPERIMINTA ScienceCentre
- small gifts for the young guests
You will be accompanied by a member of staff throughout the party. Your birthday guide will demonstrate fascinating experiments and help the children to carry out some experiments on their own. The children are encouraged to ask questions, make assumptions, observe scientific experiments and, of course, experiment themselves. Every birthday is a unique experience, tailored to the level of knowledge of the young researchers. Afterwards, follows an exciting discovery tour through the EXPERIMINTA ScienceCentre. Will you be able to answer all the questions correctly to open the treasure chest?
The birthday party can be booked on Thursdays and Fridays from 02:30 pm to 05:00 pm. The following times can be booked at the weekend:
- from 11:00 am to 01:30 pm or
- from 02:30 to 05:00 pm
The number of participants is limited to 14 people (including at least two adults).
Time Schedule
The approximate timing is as follows:
- Welcome and exciting hands-on activities
(approx. 45 min) - Time for cake and/or lunch break
(approx. 30 min) - Age-appropriate discovery tour
(approx. 60 min) - afterwards you have time for your own exploration of the museum until closing time
When the party starts at 11 am we may change the order of lunch break and discovery tour.
Costs
The costs for up to 14 people (including at least 2 adults) are as follows:
- Thursday and Friday: 230€
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 280€
Admission and drinks (two bottles of water and two bottles of juice) are included in the price. Costs for food are not included in the price.
In addition to the birthday package, you can also purchase invitation cards. We can provide a PDF template for self-printing for an additional charge of 3€. Ready-printed invitation cards are available for 1€ each and are sent by post.

If you want to book a menu, we need your selection at least 7 days before the date of the party. Additional portions can be ordered for an extra charge. The delivery of food by an external delivery service is not permitted.
Important notes
- Each birthday group - regardless of age - must be accompanied by at least two adults.
- The presence of the adult supervisors is mandatory during the entire child's birthday party. Please also note our house rules.
- The hands-on experiments presented on this page are only examples. The activities carried out are adapted to the age of the children and vary between the supervisors. There is no entitlement to the performance of certain experiments.

The payment of the birthday will be made on the day of the party on site in cash or with EC-card. In case of cancellation within two weeks before the booked date, we will charge you the full fee for the event.
