Build phase: Use your engineering skills to build your own Lego Sumo Bots using approved materials such as Lego bricks, motors and sensors from the 31313 and 45544 (LEGO Mindstorms EV3) or 8547 (LEGO NXT) series.

Training dates: We offer optional training sessions where you can build or fine-tune your bot with the experienced Robo Studio team (additional cost*).

Of course, you can also build your bots at home.

Tournament day: The bots will compete in 12 groups of 2-3 players each. Each match consists of 3 rounds of 90 seconds each (5 seconds waiting time, 85 seconds round time).

Rules and playing field: The robots must act autonomously and must not be controlled via Bluetooth or WLAN. The playing field is a white round plate with a diameter of 110 cm. The objective is to push the opponent's robot out of the field.

Winners and scoring: Points are awarded for each game won. The player with the most points wins.
